Returns: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please note that a processing fee of AU$17 will be charged. We accept returns for refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund, excluding the processing fee, to the original payment method.

Exchanges: We understand that finding the perfect fit or style is important. Therefore, we offer free exchanges for orders within Australia. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the exchange.
